titleOfInvention 18/19F-ester nitroimidazole compound and its preparation method and use as hypoxic tissue imaging agent
abstract The present invention relates to 18/19 F-ester nitroimidazole compound, its preparation method and its use as hypoxic tissue imaging agent. The present invention provides a class of F-ester nitroimidazole compounds represented by general formula 1, wherein the 18 F-ester nitroimidazole compound is a radioactive compound. Animal experiments on S180 tumor-bearing mice showed that the above 18 F-ester Nitroimidazole-like compounds have good tumor-targeted uptake and low liver background, and are potential PET hypoxia imaging agents.
