titleOfInvention | Method for extracting astaxanthin ester from frozen Euphausia superba and enriching astaxanthin ester |
abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting astaxanthin ester from frozen Euphausia superba and enriching the astaxanthin ester. The method comprises the following steps: a) feeding Euphausia superba and ethanol into an extracting container at the ratio of 1 kilogram of frozen Euphausia superba to 1-1.2 liters of 90-100% ethanol solution, agitating and extracting for 4-6 times at normal temperature with each time for 1-3h, filtering extracted liquid, and combining the filtrates; b) standing and precipitating the combined filtrate of step a) to obtain supernatant and precipitated liquid; c) concentrating the supernatant of step b) to obtain concentrated extracted liquid; d) adding an equivalent volume of n-hexane into the concentrated extracted liquid of step c), mixing uniformly, standing for delamination to form four obvious layers, and separating transparent and red liquid on a third layer from the top to the bottom; and e) concentrating the transparent and red liquid of step d) into 1/4-1/5 of the original volume at temperature of 50 to 55 DEG C and pressure of -0.07 to -0.09MPa to obtain the product. |
