titleOfInvention Method for controlling last integral artificial board based on guillotine rotary cutting machine frequency converter
abstract A device for controlling a last integral artificial board based on a guillotine rotary cutting machine frequency converter comprises a rotary cutter for rotary cutting of raw timbers. The rotary cutter is connected onto a lead screw which is used for controlling feeding of the rotary cutter, the lead screw is connected with a feeding motor for controlling the feeding amount, the feeding motor is connected onto a main control frequency converter for controlling operation of the feeding motor, the rotary cutter is arranged below a bark conveying belt for conveying cut raw timber barks, the bark conveying belt is connected with the main control frequency converter, a guillotine machine is mounted beside the bark conveying belt and connected with a guillotine converter for controlling operation of a guillotine, the guillotine converter is connected with the main control frequency converter, and a single dual-roller motor is connected onto the main control frequency converter and connected with dual driving rollers which are controlled by the motor and used for driving operation of the raw timbers. The device has the advantages that the raw timbers are effectively used so that waste of the raw timbers is reduced.
