abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of embedded nano-metallic aerogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively diluting 40# tetraethoxysilane and nitrate by ethanol into solutions; 2) uniformly mixing the tetraethoxysilane solution and the nitrate solution according to a mass ratio; 3) regulating the pH value of the mixed solution by an acid-alkali two-step method to obtain a sol prepolymer, standing the sol prepolymer and aging until the sol is formed and fully aged to enable the solution to form into gel; 4) transferring the gel to a drying tower and drying, so as to obtain the aerogel embedded with a metallic oxide; and 5) transferring the aerogel embedded with the metallic oxide to a reduction furnace, and carrying out reduction under a mixed reduction atmosphere of hydrogen and high-purity nitrogen, so as to obtain the aerogel embedded with a metal simple substance. According to the method, the nano-metallic oxide is attached on silica aerogel with a high specific surface, so that the agglomeration of the nano oxide can be effectively prevented. In addition, the problems of large particle size, poor activity and low catalytic efficiency of the nano-metal in the existing market can be solved. |
