The invention discloses a medicinal health composition, which comprises (by weight parts) 10-300 parts of Ganoderma lucidum extract, 100-300 parts of green tea extract EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), and 0.015-0.1 parts of trace element selenium. The composition may be added with pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants, and formulated into hard capsule, soft capsule, tablet, granule, and oral liquid. The composition adopts Ganoderma lucidum as immunity two-way modulator, trace element selenium as immunity enhancer and green tea extract EGCG as antioxidant, to jointly enhance immunity and cancer preventing/resisting ability, and maintain harmonic immunity system. |
