titleOfInvention Method for artificial incubation of Percocypris pingi pingi
abstract The invention provides a method for artificial incubation of Percocypris pingi pingi, which includes estrus induction of parent fishes, spawning induction, insemination and incubation. The method is characterized by including: well mixing pituitary excretion of mature fishes of Percocypris pingi pingi and distilled water according to a mass ratio of 1:50-70 before parent fishes of Percocypris pingi pingi lay eggs, and injecting the male and the female parent fishes with the mixture so as to induce estrus; secondly, injecting spawning liquid to the root of a pectoral fin of each parent fish to induce spawning when genital orifices of the female parent fishes flush slightly or tail fins of male parent fishes flush under observation; thirdly, collecting sperms and eggs for insemination, mixing the sperms and the eggs according to a ratio of 2:1, and placing the mixture in fresh water for cleaning; and fourthly, placing the eggs inseminated into a plastic mesh bag, and incubating the eggs till the eggs hatch. By the method, the survival rate of Percocypris pingi pingi in propagation and incubation can be increased effectively, the fertilization rate is up to 83%, and the incubation rate reaches 80%.
