abstract | The invention provides a control information transmitting method and a system, user equipment and a base station. The method includes that user experience (UE) carries parameter information of an E-transport format combination indicator (TFCI) and a reference serial number (RSN) on a S-E-dedicated physical control channel (DPCCH); the parameter information of the E-TFCI and the RSN are control information relevant to transmit data carried on a S-E-dedicated physical data channel (DPDCH) corresponding to the S-E-DPCCH. The UE sends the parameter information of the E-TFCI and the RSN to the base station on the S-E-DPDCH, wherein the parameter information of the E-TFCI is used to obtain auxiliary flow E-TFCI by the base station, the auxiliary flow E-TFCI and the RSN are used to receive data carried on the S-E-DPCCH by the base station. The technical scheme can make up the shortage of the lack of transmission mode of control information in underwriters laboratories (UL) multiple input multiple output (MIMO) in the prior art and provide an effective control information transmission scheme, so that the transmission of ascending data in UL MIMO systems is effectively guaranteed. |
