abstract | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of an additive for a food packaging material. The method comprises the steps of preparation of a sample solution and high performance liquid chromatography of the sample solution. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the contents of sodium methallylsulfonate, 5-sulfor-isophthalic acid sodium, acrylic acid, trimellitic acid and isophthalic acid as additives for packaging food can be quickly determined by adopting the high performance liquid chromatography as a conventional chromatographic analysis instrument. According to the method, the detection limit is between 0.02mg/l and 1.0mg/l, and thus the requirement on limit detection is met; the accuracy is high and the pretreatment is simple, and thus the method is suitable for batch detection of the food package material; and the blank of the limit detection of five kinds of compounds in the food packaging material is filled up, the important technical support for quality control over the food package and safety detection of the food package is provided and favorable economic and social benefits are obtained. |
