abstract | The invention provides a method for measuring foreign matters of montmorillonite and pharmaceutical preparation thereof, which comprises the following steps that: water is added into montmorillonite or montmorillonite pharmaceutical preparation to be uniformly blended, then alkalescent dispersant is added, the mixture is dispersed by ultrasonic and centrifuged by a centrifuge for multiple times until the upper liquid is clear, precipitate on the bottom part of a centrifugal pipe is dried and weighed to calculate the content of foreign matters; and then types of the foreign matters are distinguished. The method is simple, content of foreign matters in montmorillonite can be accurately measured, technical problems that the present method for measuring the content of foreign matters in montmorillonite is incorrect can be solved, and the quality controllability of medicinal montmorillonite can be improved. |
