abstract The invention provides a production method of energy-storage type non-woven fabric filling cotton, comprising the following steps of: (1) according to a basic production process of existing melt-down method non-woven fabric: utilizing high molecular material which is the raw material of non-woven fabric fibers as a main raw material; (2) mixing a phase-change energy-storage microcapsule with ultraviolet curing resin in a certain ratio and adjusting the viscosity of slurry to 20 mPa.s (Millipascal second)-100 mPa.s; uniformly spraying the slurry on the surface of a non-woven fabric thin layer; then irradiating with ultraviolet light to rapidly cure the resin so that the phase-change energy-storage microcapsule is attached to the surface of the non-woven fabric; (3) placing the non-woven fabric containing the energy-storage microcapsule on a net-forming curtain and repeating the step (1) to accept spun yarn deposition and thicken the non-woven fabric; (4) repeatedly carrying out the step (2) on the non-woven fabric obtained in the step (3) and repeating the steps (1) and (2); and (5) continuously thickening the non-woven fabric and stopping after the thickness reaches a pre-set value; and strengthening by means of water jetting, needling, hot spur and the like, so as to obtain a filled cotton product. The production method disclosed by the invention has the technical effects that the energy-storage type filling cotton provided by the invention can keep more heat within a certain time, so that the energy-storage type filling cotton is more comfortable to wear and the weight can be reduced under the condition of the same comfort level; and therefore, the production method is more convenient.
