titleOfInvention Polypeptide sequence for identifying spores of Bacillus anthracis, and application of polypeptide sequence
abstract The invention relates to a polypeptide sequence for identifying spores of Bacillus anthracis, and application of the polypeptide sequence, and in particular discloses a segment of NVRTHQSWSGKY CPHRMLAEG amino acid sequence capable of identifying spores of Bacillus anthracis. On the basis of the amino acid sequence, several amino acid sequences on plyG enzyme are added, and polypeptide with high affinity to the spores of Bacillus anthracis can be obtained; and a series of polypeptides and proteins, which comprise the sequence, are constructed by a chemical synthesis or gene engineering method, and can be used for probes for detecting the spores of Bacillus anthracis or carriers enriching the spores of Bacillus anthracis. The polypeptides with the polypeptide sequence have the main characteristics of specifically combining the spores of Bacillus anthracis but not having an identifying effect on vegetative mass of Bacillus anthracis or spores of other bacteria; and the specific identification and combination can be used for identifying and detecting the spores of Bacillus anthracis.
