titleOfInvention | Process and special equipment for preparing liquid nitrogen copious cooling granulating lactic acid bacteria direct vat set |
abstract | The invention discloses a process and special equipment for preparing liquid nitrogen copious cooling granulating lactic acid bacteria direct vat set. The preparing process comprises the following steps of: centrifugally collecting thalli from bifida ferment lysate, resuspending to be washed in soft water, and then centrifugally collecting again; resuspending the collected thalli to water solution containing cryoprotectant and substance X; and spraying the obtained bacteria solution into liquid nitrogen in a liquid drop manner and granulating. The equipment comprises a seal cavity with a liquid spraying device on the top part, wherein a granule diversion groove and a transmission belt are arranged in the seal cavity; the granule diversion groove comprises a first end part and a second end part; the first end part is located under the liquid spraying device; the transmission belt is located under the second end part and is used for outputting the granules from the second end part; the liquid nitrogen copious cooling granulating equipment also comprises a liquid nitrogen conveying device which is used for conveying liquid nitrogen to the first end part of the granule diversion groove. The obtained ferment strain has the advantages of high activity, high viable count and short activity recovery time. |
