The preparation method comprises sheet materials arranged on the inner side of a bridge-cut-off aluminium alloy frame material chamber, and the sheet materials are plastic-wooden composite sheet materials; the preparation method of the plastic-wooden composite sheet materials comprises the following steps of: burdening, wherein the plastic-wooden composite sheet materials comprises the following components by mass percent: 45%-55% of regenerating resin, 40%-50% of plant fiber powder, 1%-5% of a plant fiber powder surface conditioning agent,1%-5% of a lubricating agent and 1%-5% of a plastifier; uniformly mixing the constituents, carrying out extrusion molding through a mould to obtain a roughcast material; and carrying out surface conditioning on the roughcast material to obtain the sheet materials arranged on the inner side of the bridge-cut-off aluminium alloy frame material chamber. The preparation method of the bridge-cut-off heat insulation aluminium alloy-plastic-wooden composite door window provided by the invention is adopted, and has the characteristics of low cost and good heat preservation effects.
