abstract | The invention discloses an artificially synthesized cinnamaldehyde complete antigen and application thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation of antigens and antibodies. The cinnamaldehyde artificial antigen is synthesized by using cinnamic acid as a synthetic raw material, bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a carrier and carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC.HCL) as a cross-linking agent through an active ester method, a polyclonal antibody is obtained by immunizing a Balb/c mouse through the antigen serving as an immunogen, and the antibody and other compounds are difficultly subjected to cross reaction; and indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay established by the antibody and a coating antigen is good in linear relation and inhibiting effect, is high in sensitivity when applied to actual sample detection, is convenient to operate, and is good in actual application prospect. |
