titleOfInvention | Pc-C polypeptide inhibiting aspergillus fumigatus from adhering to cornea |
abstract | The invention relates to a Pc-C polypeptide inhibiting aspergillus fumigatus from adhering to cornea. The Pc-C polypeptide comprises: (1) a polypeptide with sequence of SEQ ID NO:1; and (2) a polypeptide with 70% or higher homology with the polypeptide of (1), wherein the function of the polypeptide is identical or similar to that of the polypeptide in (1). The invention also relates to a polynucleotide, which is used for encoding the Pc-C polypeptide. The screened Pc-C polypeptide has different degrees of competitive inhibition on interaction between the aspergillus fumigatus and cornea epithelia, can specifically block the adhesion of a ligand on the surface of the aspergillus fumigatus and the cornea epithelia receptor, and becomes a new design target of mycotic keratitis therapeutic drug, thereby providing a new clue for clinical treatment of mycotic keratitis. |
