titleOfInvention Composite corrosion and scale inhibitor
abstract The invention belongs to the industrial water treatment agent field and particularly relates to a composite corrosion and scale inhibitor used in a circulating cooling water system. The composite corrosion and scale inhibitor comprises the following components by weight percent: 5-18% of phosphono carboxylic acid compounds, 9-20% of organophosphorus acid compounds, 5-17% of acrylic acid copolymer, 1-6% of zinc salts and the balance water. The structural formula of the phosphono carboxylic acid compounds is PO3H2-(-CH2-CH-)x-(-R-)y-H, wherein R is one or more of unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic ester and unsaturated carboxylate. When the composite corrosion and scale inhibitor is used, the pretreatment of high-hardness high-alkali and high-chlorine make-up water is not required, thus the cost and flow of the make-up water pretreatment are saved for the factory and the discharge capacity is reduced. The composite corrosion and scale inhibitor has obvious synergy and can ensure that the circulating water system runs safely and stably under severe circulating water quality conditions such as high hardness, high alkalinity, high pH value, high chlorine ion and high sulfate.
