titleOfInvention | Titanium containing cellulose/LDHs (Layered Double Hydroxides) nanocomposite as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a titanium containing cellulose/LDHs (Layered Double Hydroxides) nanocomposite as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to a LDHs nanocomposite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The technical problem of low degradation rate when the traditional LDHs are used for waste water treatment is mainly solved. The titanium containing cellulose/LDHs nanocomposite provided by the invention is characterized in that carboxymethyl cellulose ions are assembled on the interlayer intercalation of the LDHs, and Mg<2+> on laminates are partially replaced with Ti<4+>. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a mixed salt solution of the Mg<2+>, the Ti<4+> and Al<3+>; then, adding NaOH into a saturated solution of sodium carboxymethylcellulose to obtain a mixed alkaline solution; and simultaneously dropping the mixed salt solution and the mixed alkaline solution into a three-neck flask, continuously reacting for 1-1.5h after dropping, then, carrying out microwave crystallization, and then, filtering, cleaning, drying and grinding to obtain the titanium containing cellulose/LDHs nanocomposite which can be used as an adsorbent to be used for sewage treatment. |
