According to the invention, a homogeneous catalyst is changed into a heterogeneous vanadyl (IV) complex catalyst; not only are the activity and the selectivity of the homogeneous catalyst reserved, but also a series of advantages are brought in, for example, the thermal stability of the catalyst is improved, the catalyst is convenient to separate from a reaction medium, and the catalyst is reused; and the efficiency of the catalyzing process is greatly promoted. |
