titleOfInvention Membrane pollution control method in membrane process reuse processing of fermentation industrial wastewater
abstract The invention which discloses a membrane pollution control method in the membrane process reuse processing of fermentation industrial wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: 1, sequentially filtering biochemical processed outlet water of the fermentation industrial wastewater by quartz sand and active carbon, and preprocessing the outlet water by a security filter; 2, allowing the outlet water obtained in step 1 to enter a nanofiltration system, carrying out non-pressurized flushing on the nanofiltration system, and carrying out circulating type chemical cleaning; 3, allowing the outlet water obtained in step 2 to enter a reverse osmosis system, carrying out non-pressurized flushing on the reverse osmosis system, and carrying out circulating type chemical cleaning to obtain final product water. The pertinent membrane pollution control method of the invention is adopted according to respective pollution characteristics of a nanofiltration membrane and a reverse osmosis membrane, so the frequency and the period of the chemical cleaning are reduced, service lives of membranes can be prolonged by above 30%, the wastewater reuse is efficiently and stably realized, and the membrane pollution is greatly mitigated.
