titleOfInvention | Bio-trickling filtration device and method for treating organic waste gases |
abstract | The invention discloses a bio-trickling filtration device for treating organic waste gases. The device comprises a bio-trickling filter, a base, a liquid circulating device and a gas distribution system, wherein the bio-trickling filter is provided with a gas outlet at the top and a gas inlet at the bottom and is filled with fillers; the base is arranged at the bottom of the bio-trickling filter; the liquid circulating device is connected with the top and bottom of the bio-trickling filter respectively; and the gas distribution system comprises an electromagnetic gas pump, waste gas preparation control branches and a buffer bottle, which are sequentially connected in series. The bio-trickling filtration device has the advantages of good stability, convenience in operation, reusability and the like. The invention also discloses a bio-trickling filtration method for treating organic waste gases. The method comprises the steps of pellicle preparation and organic waste gas treatment and has higher organic waste gas treatment efficiency. The method has the following advantages that by adding the nonionic surfactant Tween 60 to a circulation liquid, the organic pollutant removal efficiency is greatly improved; and the retention time of gases in the empty filter is shorter and the removal load and efficiency are high. |
