titleOfInvention | Composite membrane for promoting wound repair by simulating skin texture and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a composite membrane for promoting wound repair by simulating a skin texture and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: dissolving collagen (Col), chitosan (CS) and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) at a mass ratio of (45-65):(20-30):(15-25) in a hexafluoroisopropanol solvent, and stirring into a homogeneous phase solution; pouring the homogeneous phase solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene mould, demoulding after volatilizing the solvent so as to obtain a compact composite membrane, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to completely volatilize the solvent; placing the dried composite membrane into a dryer to crosslink by glutaraldehyde vapor; cleaning the cross-linked composite membrane in water until removing glutaraldehyde in the composite membrane, and then vacuum drying the composite membrane to remove moisture; punching a plurality of through holes on the vacuum dried composite membrane by utilizing laser drilling, wherein the diameter of the through holes is 0.1-0.2 mm, and the space between the through holes is 0.8-1.2 mm, thereby obtaining the composite membrane for promoting the wound repair by simulating the skin texture. |
