titleOfInvention Gradient bioactive ceramic coating material containing samarium oxide and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a gradient bioactive ceramic coating material containing samarium oxide and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared by taking 80%-10% of titanium powder and 20%-90% of compound ceramic powder by calculating according to weight percent, wherein the compound ceramic powder is prepared according to the following steps that: mixing 72%-80% of CaHPO4.2H2O with 20%-28% of CaCO3, thereby obtaining ceramic powder, and then adding 0.2%-0.8% of Sm2O3 into the ceramic powder. According to the preparation method, Sm2O3 is added into the ceramic powder, so that the prepared bioactive ceramic coating not only has the functions of the catalytic synthetic hydroxyapatite and the beta-calcium phosphate similar to Y2O3, CeO2, La2O3 and Nd2O3 but also has better biocompatibility and bioactivity than that of the material doped with La2O3; more micro-pores are formed on the surface of the ceramic coating; more channels for assisting bone tissue in growing into the coating are provided; and the ceramic coating material has an anticoagulation function and is capable of preventing canceration.
