A preparation method of the Tibetan medicine composition and the application of the method in the preparation of the medicine for treating the kidney deficiency diseases are further provided. The traditional Tibetan medicine composition directly acts on a human body visceral organ, is verified by clinic experiments to be capable of being applied to treatment of deficiency of kidney yin and yang diseases, is remarkable in medicine efficiency, short in curative period and free of toxic and side effect.
