titleOfInvention | Method for preparing compound red-rooted salvia root oral liquid |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing compound red-rooted salvia root oral liquid. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing a proper amount of hydroxyl-beta-cyclodextrin, dissolving in water, and stirring at the temperature of between 20 and 60 DEG C; (2) weighing borneol, adding absolute ethanol and dissolving, dripping into a hydroxyl-beta-cyclodextrin solution slowly with stirring, stirring for 0.5 to 1.5 hours, and refrigerating a clathration solution and standing for 24 to 36 hours, wherein a mass ratio of the borneol to the hydroxyl-beta-cyclodextrin is 1:(6-10); and (3) filtering the solution, evaporating filtrate under reduced pressure to remove water, and drying under the reduced pressure to obtain a hydroxyl-beta-cyclodextrin borneol clathrate compound. By the method, the special smell of the borneol in the compound red-rooted salvia root oral liquid is reduced greatly, and the water solubility and stability of the borneol are improved. |
