abstract The invention discloses the use of a 4-position-1H-1,2,3-triazole-β-lactam derivative. The 4-position-1H-1,2,3-triazole-β-lactam derivative is used to prepare anti-human glioma and colon cancer drugs. The 4-1H-1,2,3-triazole-β-lactam derivative has good biological activity, and the in vitro activity test shows that the compound is effective against human glioma (U87mG) and colon cancer (LS- 174T) cells have strong growth inhibitory activity, so it is a potential anti-tumor drug and has the application of preparing anti-tumor drug preparations.
