titleOfInvention Portulaca oleracea linn chewable tablet
abstract The invention provides a portulaca oleracea linn chewable tablet. The method for preparing the tablet includes, washing 300- 500g of portulaca oleracea linn, adding 10 to 12 times of the weight of the portulaca oleracea linn to immerse for 6 hours to 7 hours, decocting the portulaca oleracea linn for 2.0 hours to 2.5 hours at the temperature between 75 DEG C and 80 DEG C, filtering the decocted portulaca oleracea linn with a 200 mesh sieve to obtain supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant at the temperature of 50 DEG C into paste with a density of 1.3 to 1.35; subjecting the concentrated paste to vacuum drying in a dryer with a vacuum degree of 0.05 million pascal(MPa); smashing and then filtering the dried paste with a 100 mesh sieve; mixing major ingredients filtered in the sievewith minor ingredients by a weight ratio of 1:2, wherein the weight ratio of the minor materials of corn starch, xylitol and mannitol is 4:2:1; subjecting the powder to wet granulation, then drying grains for 2 hours to 3 hours in a 50 DEG C dry box until the moisture content is smaller than 3%; after being whole grains, adding magnesium stearate powder with an amount of, by weight, 0.5% of grains; subjecting the mixture to tabletting by a variable factor programming (VFP)-7 rotary transferring tablet press machine, then subjecting the tablet to sterilization for 1 hour with an ultraviolet lamp, turning the tray once for each 20 minutes, and packaging to obtain the portulaca oleracea linn chewable tablet; wherein the wet granulation includes using 75 V/V of ethanol as a wetting agent, uniformly spraying the wetting agent on the powder, rapidly subjecting the wet powder to a 14 mesh sieve to obtain wet grains; according to the portulaca oleracea linn chewable tablet, the weight of the tablet is 0.4 g+/- 0.05g.
