| abstract | The invention relates to an open type sausage casing preservation system. The system comprises a barrel, wherein the top of the barrel is provided with a sealing cover, a supporting column in a vertical direction is arranged in the barrel and is formed by coaxially overlapping a plurality of cylinders, the diameters of the cylinders of the supporting column are sequentially reduced from bottom to top, a circular tray with a central open pore is arranged on a step surface of each cylinder of the supporting column, a cavity which runs through the upper and lower end surfaces is formed in the center of the supporting column, a side wall of the cylinder at the lowest end of the supporting column is provided with a kidney slot which extends along an axial direction, and the kidney slot is communicated with the central cavity of the supporting column; and a hole through which the top of the supporting column extends out of the sealing cover is formed in the center of the sealing cover. When sausage casings are stored, under the action of a kidney slot structure at the bottom of the supporting column, the central cavity of the supporting column and an inner cavity of the barrel form a U-shaped communicating vessel, and the height of saline water in the barrel is the same as the liquid level height of saline water in the supporting column, so when the liquid level of the saline water is checked, the liquid level can be directly observed through the supporting column which extends out of the sealing cover, and the sealing cover is not required to be opened; and therefore, the system is convenient to use. |
