titleOfInvention Tobacco seed treating agent and preparation method thereof, and application of tobacco seed treating agent in seed soaking treatment of tobacco
abstract The invention discloses a tobacco seed treating agent and a preparation method thereof, and the application of the tobacco seed treating agent in seed soaking treatment of tobacco. The treating agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 17 percent of trisodium phosphate, 1 to 10 percent of albumen powder and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing the trisodium phosphate in an amount which is 1 to 17 percent of the total weight of the agent; adding distilled water in an amount which is 1 to 3 times the total weight of the trisodium phosphate to obtain a trisodium phosphate aqueous solution; adding the albumen powder in an amount which is 1 to 10 percent of the total weight of the agent; and fully stirring, and adding the balance of distilled water. The treating agent can be prepared into an aqueous solution, an emulsion, powder, tablets or granules. The tobacco seed soaking compound treating agent for treating tobacco seeds and preventing tobacco mosaic diseases is prepared on the basis of the trisodium phosphate supplemented with the albumen powder. Tests prove that: after the seed soaking treatment of the tobacco seed soaking treating agent, the emergence rate of the seeds is 102 to 109 percent of that of untreated tobacco seeds and is 72 to 86.5 percent higher than that of seeds treated by clean water; and the average inhibition rate of the agent on tobacco mosaic viruses is 70.9 to 82.2 percent after the tobacco seeds are transplanted in a month.
