titleOfInvention Method for prolonging storage life of rice seeds
abstract The invention discloses a method for prolonging the storage life of rice seeds, wherein, the following steps are performed in sequence before storage: (1), the rice seeds are soaked in purified water, and then the rice seeds and purified water are put in a sealing container together; (2), the rice seeds in the sealing container are processed for 9 to 11 minutes under the high pressure ranging from 200 to 600 Mpa; and (3), the obtained rice seeds that are processed through high pressure are dried through hot air, and the drying temperature ranges from 30 to 60 DEG C until the water content of the rice seeds ranges from 11.0 to 12.5 percent. The rice seeds that are processed by adopting the method can still achieve higher germination percentage after being stored for a long time.
