abstract In order to provide a contamination inhibitor that can sufficiently suppress adhesion of paper dust to dry part areas, disclosed is a contamination inhibitor composition, which prevents paper dust contamination in a dry part in a paper-making step, and which has a high-viscosity oil having a kinematic viscosity of at least 80 mm<2>/s at 100 DEG C, a low-viscosity oil having a kinematic viscosity of no more than 19 mm<2>/s at 100 DEG C, and an emulsifier that emulsifies the high-viscosity oil and the low-viscosity oil, the blending ratio of low-viscosity oil for every one mass of high-viscosity oil being 1.2-70 masses.
