A kind of advanced composite material (ACM), comprise the ZnO of (a) the elements A g of 10.1-99.9% and (b) 0.1-89.9% by weight by weight, wherein the summation of (a) and (b) is 90% of composite weight or more, and wherein the primary particle size of elements A g is 10-200nm, and/or the primary particle size of ZnO is less than 0.1 to 50 μm, and/or the size distribution of this composite is 0.1-50 μm, and/or BET surface area is 10-100mn 2 / g.This new composite can be obtained by the following step: (i) mixes the first mixture of at least one Ag-salt and the second mixture of at least one Zn-salt, thus form the 3rd mixture of Ag-and Zn-salt, (ii) the 3rd mixture is added in the mixture of carbonic acid source, (iii) Ag-and the Zn-carbonate formed in co-precipitation step (ii), (iv) wash Ag-and Zn-carbonate, and (v) is by the thermolysis of Ag-and Zn-carbonate.This new composite can be used for surface, article or total composition, be particularly useful for the membranous system that gas-or water is separated and give anti-microbial properties. |
