titleOfInvention Program control energy-saving device of motor
abstract The invention provides a program control energy-saving device of a motor, and relates to the technical field of the control of the motor. The program control energy-saving device comprises a direct current (DC) power circuit, a load tracking circuit, a fault detecting circuit, an undervoltage compensating circuit and a motor control circuit, wherein the DC power circuit supplies voltages of 5V and 10V to the circuits, so that each circuit is guaranteed to run well; in the load tracking circuit, a current of the motor is monitored through a current transformer, so as to judge whether the motor is light loaded or fully loaded; three current transformers in the fault detecting circuit detects whether the problems of over current, phase failure, and the like occur or not; and a signal output terminal of the undervoltage compensating circuit is connected with an input terminal of the motor control circuit, and the motor control circuit controls a conduction angle of a silicon controlled rectifier through an optical coupler, so as to control the voltage of the motor. The DC power circuit supplies the voltages of 5V and 10V to the circuits, so that each circuit is guaranteed to run well.
