abstract The invention provides a blue, green and ultraviolet solid laser device based on submarine communication application and a laser generating method thereof. The blue, green and ultraviolet solid laser device is designed to solve the technical problems that to varying degrees, blue and green optical waves emitted by a conventional laser diode or semi-conductor have smaller wave band range and extremely low power and can not fully satisfy the requirement for probing in ocean communication. Laser crystal mixed with Nd3+ serves as a working substance, a polarization dispersion prism and a right-angled reflecting prism are utilized to enable fundamental-frequency light with different wavelengths and different polarization directions to respectively form stable oscillation in the respective independent resonant cavities, and meanwhile, the nonlinear frequency summing and frequency doubling technologies are used together to achieve simultaneous output of blue, green and ultraviolet laser. Theblue, green and ultraviolet solid laser device provided by the invention makes the best of energy of fundamental-frequency light, has the characteristics of high conversion efficiency, compact structure, low running cost, flexibility and convenience in adjustment, safety in operation, extensive purposes and the like, and is particularly suitable for being used in the fields of underwater probing,underwater submarine communication and the like.
