titleOfInvention Analytical method of nuclear texture of peripheral blood mononuclear cell
abstract The invention relates to an analytical method of nuclear texture of peripheral blood mononuclear cell. The method comprises the following steps of: dying peripheral blood cells, obtaining a nuclear surface image of the dyed peripheral blood cells, performing curve wave transform to the nuclear surface image to obtain a coefficient matrix corresponding to image characteristics of the nuclear surface image, and finally performing transformation treatment to the efficient matrix to implement classification and identification of the nuclear surface image. Compared to the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantage that: pattern recognition combined with the curve wave transform is applied in the nuclear texture image analysis of the peripheral blood mononuclear cell to accurately and efficiently realize the classification and identification of normal cells with sick cells. The method has certain reference significance for realizing the rapid preliminary judgment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) loading capacity and the extent of damage of peripheral blood mononuclear cell under the condition of no expensive instruments and no agents.
