titleOfInvention | Electrode type urine glucose testing strip with function of pretreating detected sample |
abstract | The invention discloses an electrode type urine glucose testing strip with a function of pretreating a detected sample. The electrode type urine glucose testing strip is an improvement of a urine glucose testing strip which is applied by the applicant before; a pretreatment layer is arranged between an adhesive septum and a surface packaging chip; and the pretreatment layer is prepared by the following steps of: soaking a base material in a treating fluid for 90 to 150 seconds, taking the base material out and drying, wherein the base material is one of a polysulfone film, a nitrocellulose film, filter paper and glass fiber paper which have the pore diameter of 0.1 to 3 mu m; and the treating fluid consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 2 percent of sodium alga acid, 0.1 to 1 percent of surfactant and the balance of buffer solution. By the urine glucose testing strip, due to the arrangement of the pretreatment layer which is specially treated, the aim of preventing interfering materials in urine from generating interfering current can be fulfilled; and therefore, the accuracy of test results is improved, and particularly the accuracy of the test results in high specific gravity urine with high interfering material content is improved. |
