titleOfInvention Production method of collagen composite non-woven fabric
abstract The invention discloses a production method of a collagen composite non-woven fabric, comprising the following steps of: spinning a first fiber net into a net: spinning on a net belt into the net by first spinning equipment, and transporting along with the net belt; spinning a collagen fiber net into a net: spinning collagen material above the first fiber net into at least one layer of collagen fiber nets by collagen spinning equipment; transporting along with the net belt; spinning a second fiber net into a net: spinning on the collagen fiber nets into the net by second spinning equipment, and transporting along with the net belt; and strengthening in a composite way: spraying overlapped each layer of the fiber nets by hot wind flow, so that each layer of the fiber is entwisted or glued. After the production method of the collagen composite non-woven fabric is used, the on-line production and composition is carried out on the common fiber net and the collagen fiber net, and according to the characteristic of collagen fiber, spraying is carried out by high-pressure superfine hot wind flow, so that each layer of the fiber is entwisted or glued, and the common fiber net and the collagen fiber net can be effectively strengthened with each other in a compositing way; and the production method is simple and high-efficiency in technology, thereby being suitable for mass production.
