titleOfInvention Preparation method of surface coating type anti-oxidation polyphenylene sulfide fiber
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of surface coating type anti-oxidation polyphenylene sulfide fiber. The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing technologies such as spinning, stretching and heat setting on polyphenylene sulfide to obtain polyphenylene sulfide fiber; and 2) coating polyphenylene sulfide fiber surface treatment fluid on the polyphenylene sulfide fiber, drying to constant weight in the constant pressure air of which the temperature ranges from room temperature to 150 DEG C, or under a vacuum condition, thus obtaining a polyphenylene sulfide fiber productwith an anti-oxidation protective layer, wherein the thickness of the surface coating is 1-5mu m and the polyphenylene sulfide fiber surface treatment fluid contains a solvent, an antioxidant, a film-forming agent, a coupling agent and inorganic filler particles. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the surface coating type anti-oxidation polyphenylene sulfide fiber provided by the invention has the advantages that a defined thickness of the anti-oxidation protective layer is coated on the surface of the polyphenylene sulfide fiber, thus the anti-oxidation property of the fiber can be increased and the service life can be prolonged.
