According to the invention, designed primers and probes are as the following: lsy-VFP2:5'-TGACGAGAGCATGATTGAGACA-3'; lsy-VRP2:5'-CCGCRCTGCTGAAGAAACTA-3'; lsy-Probe2:5'-CTTAACTCGCACAGYACAGCTGAGACCAC-3'. According to the detection method, detection can be carried out with only an oropharyngeal swab specimen, such that sampling operation can easily be carried out by clinical doctors and port quarantine staffs. The kit and the method are advantaged in low cost and short detection period. With the kit and the method, effective clinical diagnosis and epidemicdisease monitoring data can be provided. |
