Tissue-specific promoter and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to a tissue-specific promoter and the application thereof, wherein a nucleotide sequence of the tissue-specific promoter comprises the sequence (a) or the sequence (b) as follows: the sequence (a) is the nucleotide sequence shown from 16th site nucleotide to 2156th site nucleotide in SEQ ID (sequence identity) NO.1; and the sequence (b) is the nucleotide sequence that fully complementary with the nucleotide sequence limited in the sequence (a). The tissue-specific promoter is separated from PEPC (phosphoenolpyruvdined carboxylottom) a gene of a China corn variety Z58 first; and meanwhile, the protein expression index of objective allos nucleotide sequences in photosynthetic tissues of plants is increased markedly, the protein expression index of the objective allos nucleotide sequences in non-photosynthetic tissues of the plants is decreased markedly, and the expression tissue specificity of the objective allos nucleotide sequences in the photosynthetic tissues of the plants is improved markedly. |
