titleOfInvention Method for preparing liver cell fatty degeneration model by medical fat emulsion culture solution
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a liver cell fatty degeneration model by adopting high-serum culture solution and medical fat emulsion culture solution, which is an improvement on an experimental method and operation. Through two methods of high blood serum and medical fat emulsion, not only are lipid droplets as well as lipid droplets fusion observed under a microscope, but also the contents of TG (Triglyceride) and TC (Total Cholesterol) in liver cells are detected; and statistical treatment discovers that through the two methods, a fatty degeneration liver L-02 cell model can be successfully built. After the two methods respectively act on normal L-02 cells, and the normal L-02 cells are cultured for 48 hours, we discover that compared with a normal group, the contents of the TG and the TC in the liver cells induced by higher blood serum induced by the medical fat emulsion are remarkably improved (P is less than 0.01), and the medical fat emulsion can be purchased in all hospitals and is low in price, therefore, the method for inducing normal liver cells cultured by the medical fat emulsion into fatty degeneration liver cells is taken as a model building method.
