The trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed oil expelling method comprises the following steps of 1, removing shells of trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seeds to obtain trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed kernels, 2, pre-heating the trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed kernels at a temperature of 60 to 80 DEG C for 40 to 50 minutes, 3,heating the pre-heated trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed kernels at a temperature of 160 to 180 DEG C for 17 to 23 minutes, 4, immediately adding the trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed kernels heated at the temperature of 160 to 180 DEG C into an oil press, and carrying out oil expelling to obtain crude oil and oil meal, 5, repeatedly carrying out pressing of the oil meal 1 to 3 times by the oil press and collecting crude oil, and 6, merging the crude oil obtained by the step 4 and the crude oil obtained by the step 5, carrying out filtration or deposition to remove residues, and carrying out high-speed centrifugal separation at a rate of 5000 to 6000r/min to obtain boiled oil and trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed oil. The trchosanthes kiriowii maxim seed oil expelling method has characteristics of simple processes, safety, no pollution, low cost and high yield.
