abstract The invention relates to a low-temperature spraying combination material, and preparation method and application of the low-temperature spraying combination material. The low-temperature spraying combination material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of polyether polyol, 25-35 parts of 403 polyether polyol, 10-20 parts of polyester polyol, 2-4 parts of foam stabilizer, 1-4 parts of catalyst, 2-6 parts of triethylene-diamine, 0.1-0.9 parts of organic tin, 20-35 parts of catalytic cross-linker, 0.4-1 part of de-ionized water, 40-80 parts of foamer and 20-40 parts of flame retardant. The preparation method of the low-temperature spraying combination material comprises the steps of: uniformly mixing the above components. Compared with the prior art, the spraying and foaming operations can be carried out without heating the surface of a base material at an environmental temperature of above -13 DEG C, and the polyurethane foam prepared by the combination material has good bonding force, flame retardance and size stability and low heat conduct coefficient.
