titleOfInvention Preparation method of high-strength porous chitosan microcarrier
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength porous chitosan microcarrier. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing holes by using silica gel, wherein chitosan serves as a raw material; preparing chitosan microspheres containing the silica gel by using a high-voltage pulse microcapsule molding instrument under the high-voltage electrostatic action; precipitating the chitosan microspheres containing the silica gel in sodium polyphosphate solution for 5 hours; washing with distilled water; soaking the chitosan microspheres containing the silica gel into a sodium hydroxide solution at the temperature of 80 DEG C; dissolving the silica gel of the chitosan microspheres containing the silica gel; washing with deionized water; freeze-drying to obtain the porous chitosan microcarrier; and performing microwave radiation treatment to finally obtain the high-strength porous chitosan microcarrier. According to the high-strength porous chitosan microcarrier, the grain size is 400 to 700 microns, the aperture is 20 to 60 microns and the porosity is 93 percent. The high-strength porous chitosan microcarrier can be applied to suspension culture of adherent cells. The preparation method has the characteristics of simplicity and quickness in operation, low cost and good effect.
