titleOfInvention Epoxy acrylate for UV (ultraviolet) curable coating and preparation method of epoxy acrylate
abstract The invention discloses an epoxy acrylate for a UV (ultraviolet) curable coating and a preparation method of the epoxy acrylate, and the epoxy acrylate is characterized in that: a side chain of the epoxy acrylate is bonded with hyperbranched polysiloxane with methacryloxy and/or vinyl by chemical bonds. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing silicane with deionized water, reacting the mixture under N2 protection to obtain hyperbranched polysiloxane; dropwise adding a mixture solution composed of acrylic acid, polymerization inhibitor and catalyst into in epoxy resin, so as to obtain epoxy acrylate; dropwise adding a mixture composed of the hyperbranched polysiloxane and catalyst into the obtained epoxy acrylate, stirring and reacting the mixture, purifying and drying the reaction product to obtain the epoxy acrylate for UV curable coating. Compared with the existing epoxy acrylate coating, the epoxy acrylate coating prepared by the method has the advantages oflow viscosity, high heat resistance, good flexibility and good water resistance. The preparation method also has advantages of wide applicability and simple operation technology.
