abstract The invention belongs to the medicine field and particularly relates to a polyethylene glycol glycyrrhetinic acid ester, a composite drug-loaded micelle and a preparation method and an application thereof. The polyethylene glycol glycyrrhetinic acid ester, the composite drug-loaded micelle and the preparation method and the application thereof provide a compound--polyethylene glycol glycyrrhetinic acid ester which is prepared by glycyrrhetinic acid serving as a main raw material. Particularly, the compound is obtained by coupling of a hydroxyl or a carboxyl of the glycyrrhetinic acid with the polyethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether. According to the test, the composite drug-loaded micelle which is prepared by mixing of the polyethylene glycol glycyrrhetinic acid ester with drugs has a small grain diameter and high encapsulated efficiency and drug loading capacity, provides a novel medicinal carrier for clinic, and is applicable to preparing drug-loaded micelles.
