titleOfInvention | Hot-meltable prepolymer and preparation method thereof, hot-meltable solid anaerobic adhesive prepared from hot-meltable prepolymer and preparation method of hot-meltable solid anaerobic adhesive |
abstract | The invention discloses hot-meltable prepolymer, which is urethane acrylate prepolymer with end acryloyl or polyurethane methacrylate prepolymer with end methacryloyl. The melting point of the prepolymer is 50-80 DEG C. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the hot-meltable prepolymer. The invention further discloses anaerobic adhesive prepared by utilizing the hot-meltable prepolymer. The anaerobic adhesive is prepared from the hot-meltable prepolymer, monomer containing at least one acrylic ester group or methacryloyl group, promoter, stabilizer and initiator. The prepolymer has reaction activity, participates formation of insoluble and non-meltable cross-linked network when adhesive solution is cured, can provide good bonding strength, can not flow and be melted and maintains good bonding and sealing performances still even though being heated. |
