titleOfInvention | Synthesis process for sulfoxide substituted compound |
abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis process for a sulfoxide substituted compound, in particular to a stereoselective synthesis process for the sulfoxide substituted compound which exists in the form of a single enantiomer or an enriched enantiomer. According to the synthesis process, a thioether compound is catalyzed, oxidized and substituted stereoselectively by using chiral tetrahydroxy alcohol and tetravalent titanium compound as catalysts. Compared with the prior art, the synthesis process for the sulfoxide substituted compound has the advantages of being low in cost, wide in application range, suitable for industrial production in which higher productivity and chiral selectivity are obtained. Besides, impurities are easy to remove and are low in content in an oxidation process. |
