titleOfInvention Method for preparing chlorine dioxide solution by using electrooxidation
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a chlorine dioxide solution by using electrooxidation, belonging to the technical field of electrochemical methods. The method comprises the processes of electrolysis, purification and absorption, wherein the electrolysis is carried out at constant voltage or constant current in an H-shaped electrolytic tank which takes a titanium-based oxide as an anode, takes metal as a cathode, and takes anion exchange membranes as diaphragms, an anolyte is a mixed solution of NaClO2 and oxysalts, a catholyte is a NaOH solution, produced gas is brought into a saturated sodium chlorite solution by inert gas or nitrogen for purification, and the chlorine dioxide solution is obtained by using purified water for absorbing chlorine dioxide. The method has the following beneficial effects that: the raw materials are easily obtained, the operation is simple and convenient, the efficiency is high, no secondary pollution exists, the method is applicable to normal-temperature operation, and the chlorine dioxide is stably and efficiently prepared; different operating conditions can be adopted as required to instantly start and instantly stop reaction, and the dosage is adjustable, so that no materials, energies and time are wasted; and the product yield is high, the purity is good, and the environment pollution is reduced, so that the method is suitable for large-scale production.
