titleOfInvention | Preparation method of ceramic-based biological component having biological activity |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a ceramic-based biological component having biological activity. In the preparation method, a porous silicon carbide base plate or porous tourmaline base plate is used as a vector, one or more of sodium alginate, poval and silica sol which are beneficial to cell growth are used as induction materials to be coated on the surfaces of the micropores of the base plate so as to form an induction membrane; and then selected cells are immobilized on the induction membrane by adopting a surface adsorption method so as to prepare the ceramic-based biological component having biological activity. The component integrates the advantages of an inorganic porous material, such as high strength, large specific surface area, good permeability, strong stability and reproducible utilization, and good affinity of an organic material and cells; and by using the component, a suspended cell immobilizing technology is improved, and the defects that the traditional vector is difficult to recover and causes secondary pollution are solved, thus the component has wide application prospect in the aspect of sewage treatment. |
