abstract |
The invention discloses a Bacillus subtilis for removing phosphorus in sewage at low temperatures and an isolation and culture method. Bacillus subtilis light yellow poly-P bacteria (CGMCC No. 5280) for removing phosphorus in sewage at low temperatures has the capability of removing phosphorus in sewage under a low-temperature aerobic condition. Experiment results show that although obvious inhibition is brought by low-temperature environment, the Bacillus subtilis light yellow poly-P bacteria (CGMCC No. 5280) provided by the invention has a strengthening function for phosphorus removal at low temperatures, especially at a temperature within 8-12 DEG C, and the phosphorus removal rate is increased by 10% so that the phosphorus content is superior to the first-grade A effluent standard (when the water temperature is less than or equal to 12 DEG C, the control index of the first-grade A standard is 0.5mg/L). |
